In celebration of both Doris Day’s April 3rd birthday and American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals month, the Carmel-by-the-Sea retreat is offering a “Kudos to Canines” package from April 1st – 30th, 2013.

Supported programs include World Spay Day, an annual event which has helped spay and neuter more than 1.5 million animals, the Horse Rescue & Adoption Center, Eyes in the Skies raptor rehabilitation center and Duffy Day Lifesaving Program targeting senior and special needs animals facing euthanasia.
